1-4 Lessons Learned about Urban Health AccessPresentation will highlight lessons learned from site visits to 10 urban communities with high percentage of families in poverty and high concentration of minority populations. The objective of the site visits was to interview, discuss and observe plans or systems designed to maintain access to care.
