Take Action Cycle Webinar Series
The County Health Roadmaps team, including their two Community Engagement Specialists - Jan and Karen - are going to walk you through each step of the community health improvement process, using the Take Action Cycle:
Beginning in May, they will host two webinars each month focused on a step in the Take Action Cycle. The first will provide an overview of the Action Step - what the step is, why it's important, and how to apply it to your own work.
The second webinar will be limited to the first 40 registrants, and will be a more in-depth and interactive discussion of the Action Step.
