Quality Care for Diverse Populations is a web-based training program developed by the AAFP to assist physicians and other health care professionals in becoming more culturally proficient in the provision of care to their patients. The program includes five video vignettes depicting simulated physician-patient visits in an office setting as a means to explore ethnic and sociocultural issues.

This self-learning module has been developed to assist health care professionals to: a) address the issues of cultural and spiritual diversity; b) provide tools to understand one's own cultural and spiritual heritage and beliefs; c) develop the ability to provide culturally and spiritually sensitive approaches to care; d) identify appropriate interventions.

DATA2010 is an interactive database system developed by staff of the Division of Health Promotion Statistics at the National Center for Health Statistics, and contains the most recent monitoring data for tracking Healthy People 2010. Data are included for all the objectives and subgroups identified in the Healthy People 2010: Objectives for Improving Health.

The following series of videos were filmed at the University of Georgia with a live studio audience of public information officers and edited into thematic units. They feature the expertise of Leslie Rodriguez, Pierluigi Mancini, Rosa Solorzano, Natalie Hernandez and Lynn Beatty, all members of the Hispanic Health Coalition of Georgia.
