The purpose of this instrument is to assist organizations in assessing their progress towards cultural competence, both at the organizational and individual level. The assessment is designed to be administered to staff at all levels of an organization and includes questions about the individual's perception of the organization's cultural competence and includes a questionnaire that helps to assess that individual's level of cultural competence (the authors strongly recommend keeping all responses anonymous).
