Organization:
The Southern Center for Communication, Health and Poverty

These series of videos were filmed at the Morehouse School of Medicine and the University of Georgia with a live studio audience and edited into thematic units. They feature the expertise of those working with and in the African American faith-based community. The videos provide an overview of the role health ministry plays in African American faith-based communities, outlines strategies for collaborating with faith-based communities, and specifically addresses how to deliver effective pandemic flu messages to African American faith-based communities. While the target audience is Georgia's public information/risk communication officers, the believe the topics and information are relevant to a broader constituency.
