Language Services Performance Measures

These language services measures were developed by the Speaking Together program at George Washington University. They address screening patients for preferred spoken and written language, interpreter productivity, timeliness of services, and receipt of necessary services. They are part of AHRQ's National Quality Measures Clearinghouse.
