Expecting Success Toolkit

Ten hospitals with racially and ethnically diverse patient populations participated in Expecting Success: Excellence in Cardiac Care, a program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation aimed at improving quality of cardiac care while reducing racial, ethnic and language disparities.
